Typical stages in furniture production
The stages below cover the full range of work in our partner factories. Not every product goes through all of them: a lacquered MDF front, a veneered cabinet and a solid wood drawer each follow a different route. When we review your drawings, we confirm which stages apply to your project.

Our Altendorf sliding table saws ensure accurate cuts and smooth finishes for any wood panel or component.
Drilling and milling
With multi-spindle boring machines and CNC workstations, we deliver precise drilling, slotting, and milling.
Veneering and laminating
Natural wood veneers, HPL and other surfaces are pressed onto boards with even pressure for a flat, durable finish.
Edge banding

Lacquering

Drying and curing
